OMV Client Strata8 Networks Appoints Terry Kremian as President & CEO

SEATTLE, WA  - September 3, 2008 – Strata8 Networks, a service provider offering business cellular services over licensed spectrum in 16 markets across the United States, today announced the appointment of F. Terry Kremian as President and CEO.

Most recently, Kremian served as CEO of IntelePeer, Inc, a company providing next-generation communications services that connect carriers, cable companies, wireless and other voice service providers. Prior to IntelePeer, he served as Global President of Korean-based WiderThan, Inc. WiderThan provided mobile applications to the global wireless industry and was acquired by Real Networks. He also served in executive management positions at a diverse range of industry leading telecommunications and technology companies including Syniverse, VeriSign, Illuminet, and MCI. Kremian holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Naval Academy and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Maryland. He was a fighter pilot in the United States Marine Corps and retired from the reserves as a Lieutenant Colonel.
